Kelvinbridge station on the Glasgow Subway. This system consists of a 
single circular route running entirely underground, and was opened in 1896. 
Its tunnels are 3.35 metres in diameter compared with 3.56 metres on 
London's tube. Consequently, the trains are also noticeably smaller.
